We happily ship to most areas in the United States though most of our furniture requires special freight shipping.  Each order we will give an estimated freight cost upon being placed although this may not be exact amount required from the freight carried when the items is completed, measured and weighed . Shipping services are not offered to AK, HI, PR, PO, APO or FPO addresses. Orders placed to invalid or non-serviceable addresses will be systematically canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept cancellations

Request a cancellation before your custom item has begun the production process, built, or ordered from our suppliers/vendors. We will happily supply with a full refund of your despot if cancellation are requested at this stage of the process.

We don’t accept returns

To protect us from waste of materials, time invested, and company funds,  we do not accept returns once a custom pieces has been ordered from a 3rd party vendor/supplier or begun the manufacturing process.  This usually happens 2-4 weeks once an order has been placed with us.  These item include but are not limited to:  Furniture, wall-units, shelving, windows and blinds.

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.  We will do our best to resolve any issue within our power.

We DO limited exchanges.

Since we do work mostly in custom pieces, each piece is built for a specific customer, dimensions, taste or style.  Although you cannot return your custom piece once it is completed, in special cases we can work with our customers to resolve an issues that may arise by offering modification to a custom piece or exchanges for another piece.
